Labor Day Weekend is around the corner. So, I’m enjoying summer's swan song by asking beauty insiders to share their favorite hot-weather products.

Today’s expert: Kristen Comings, VP of Integrated Consumer Communications at L'Oreal Paris.
Comings has built her nearly two-decade career out of helping beauty brands connect with consumers and their communities. She was the brains behind L’Oreal Paris’ successful Women of Worth philanthropic campaign, which recognizes (and helps fund) real women who are giving back to their communities in extraordinary ways. (Side note: I attended the Women of Worth awards presentation on more than one occasion and learned to pack tissues. The inspiring stories of these women often moved me to tears.) Kristen also masterminded partnerships between L’Oreal Paris and Rent the Runway—as well as with the TV show Project Runway—and she helped create Destination Beauty, a L'Oreal Paris YouTube beauty channel. In addition to her high-powered career in the beauty biz, Kristen is also a wife, mom to a young daughter, and a women (like most of us) who counts the days until vacation.
